Lead Paint Inspection
A lead paint inspection is a surface by surface inspection for the presence of lead based paint. The test is performed in every room of the home, readings are taken on all 4 walls of each room, doors, windows, closets. That includes all painted surfaces as well as surfaces covered in varnish or shellac. When the inspection is complete a report based on the findings will be given to the home owner.
Combination Lead Paint Inspection/Risk Assessment
This is a complete lead based paint inspection with a partial risk assessment. After the inspection is complete I will sit down with the customer and review my findings. If there was lead present we will talk about the condition of the paint and how to control the potential hazard.
Risk Assessment
A Risk Assessment is a Lead Paint Inspection with a description of the lead based paint hazards. We will also discus the ways to correct any hazards found.
Abatement Clearance Test
Clearance tests for reoccupany after an abatement was performed.
Asbestos Building Inspection
We will take samples of all suspected ACM (asbestos containing material) 9x9 Floor tile, insulation, old linoleum flooring, siding, roof shingles, ect..
